Shipment and Tracking Details

Gardennest has partnered with reliable logistics providers, including registered couriers and India Post, for safe domestic deliveries. Please note that we currently do not deliver outside of India.

• After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 4 working days.
  Once your order is successfully dispatched, it will be delivered within 10-15 days.
• After dispatch, tracking information will be provided to monitor your order until it is delivered.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, open delivery is not available.

Shipment Delays

Gardennest ensures your package is handed over to the courier or postal service on time. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

• Deliveries are made based on the courier company/postal service guidelines.
• Unavoidable delays may occur due to factors such as public holidays, festivals, or other external events.
• Refunds or returns will not be accepted for delays caused by such circumstances.
